    If you want a home cooked southern meal this is definitely the place to go. It has a mom and pop feel and the people were kind and funny.

    The reason behind this 3 star rating is simple. Mac n cheese, which is personally my favorite side dish wasn't done any justice. It tasted like boxed Mac n cheese, specifically the deluxe box you get from Walmart. I feel when making southern home cooked food, baked Mac n cheese is a must. Also the broccoli/ cheese/ rice casserole was ok but had a slight sour taste after a few bites.

    On another note, my fish was cooked to order and the seasoning was on point and the juice/kool aid taste like diabetes in cup and I loved every second of it. Reminds me of my childhood. Definitely worth a try!

    Honestly, I placed an order - waited an hour, to be told they were out of 2/3rds of the order. The only reason I even was told was because my DoorDash tried to pick (the couple items they had in stock) it up. I'm trying to imagine feeling comfortable inconveniencing people that much, and I can't. I would never suggest anyone waste their time on this place. Pick somewhere else.

    I love Big Daddy's. This is far from my first visit but the oxtails just hit differently enough to make me post a review lol. They were so tender and flavorful. I've never been disappointed with anything I've eaten from this establishment. From the food, to the cakes, to the strawberry banana pudding and especially the lemonade. Everything is delicious!!!! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they are always packed so the servers and cashier always have a rushed attitude like dang it's so much to choose from calm down. But I will always return to Big Daddy's when I need a good meal to stick to my bones

    I ordered the oxtails with rice, yams and collards. It was pretty good. The oxtails were very tender and the gravy was not too salty. The food is homemade so it is good food, but presentation is not the neatest. The restaurant looks kind of sketchy in the front but the food makes up for it.
